Saya tau sikit2 sal anak die ni,die pernah cerita..TM covered Hospital checkup starting 7 months,so ms jumpa die tu saya minta la vitamin - Neurogain. Bagus tuk ibu mengandung n brain baby tau. Saya mmg ambil dr mengandung Mikhail lagi.

Die tanye baru nk mkn ke,then sy ckp bkn ke 7 months baru boleh amik.(sbb free xyah byr pn same..hahah) Die kate tak la..then die cerita yang die pregnant anak die ni ms umur die 40+,so die takut la sbb ms tu dah berusia kn..so die amik Neurogen PB ni dr die tau die pregnant. And die kate mmg nampak kesan, anak die at age of 2++,flash cards tu sekali ajar jer...Hamik ko!..aku 7 bulan br stat makan...

So ms pregnant Airis tu dgn rs insafnye,telah makan tiap2 ari..hahah. Sy tanye die sal vitamin anak2..die share jugak..die mmg belasah jer,mcm2 jenis vitamin die bg sbb die kate kt umah die..Husband die tiap2 ari bawak balik vitamin. dh paedtrician...banyak la sample kn.

So, for pregnant lady...sila la makan Neurogain PB dari hari pertama awak pregnant okeh...

HAVING to juggle between family and work is tough for any working mother.
Like any career woman, obstetrician and gynaecologist Dr Sharifah Halimah Jaafar is forced to divide precious time between her family and patients.

I 

But even then, she still tries to make time for other women – single mothers and abused women.
“It is quite challenging trying to seek a balance between the three roles.
“As a doctor, I have a responsibility towards my patients and the hospital.
“When I’m back at home, I have to cook, clean and also look after my husband,” said the 48-year-old mother of three, who is also president of the Perak Women for Women Society (PWW).
Dr Sharifah, however, said she was lucky to have an understanding husband who shared the responsibility of doing household chores and looking after their youngest daughter.
“This allows me some time off to be involved with non- governmental organisations that look into the welfare of women and children,” she added.
With two of her eldest children studying abroad, Dr Sharifah has made her six-year-old daughter, Jesselynn Lee, her priority.
“I make it a point not to neglect my daughter’s welfare and to nurture her.
“I make use of the time when fetching her to school for some quality mother-daughter time.
“I ask her about school and she asks about my work.

“We share a lot of things,” she said.
Dr Sharifah believes that children should never be neglected.
“They can be mischievous at times and it is our duty to discipline them but we should never neglect our children.
“Never give up on your children even when they have gone astray.
“Unconditional love will guide them back onto the right path,” she added.
Dr Sharifah, who has dealt with countless troubled women in her work with PWW, also shared that some women should accept the fact that being married is not always a happy thing.
But event then, women, especially single mothers, should be strong for their children, she said.
“They should not lose focus of their children’s future.
“Everything they do, they should think about doing it for the sake of their children,” she said.
Describing his wife as a strong-willed and determined woman, paediatrician Dr Lee Kim Seng, 49, said Dr Sharifah was very supportive and understanding when it comes to their family.
