Meeting with Group CEO?

Semalam seperti mimpi, kenangan terbaik sepanjang hampir 2 tahun saya bekerja.

Semuanya bermula bila AGM saya suruh ganti die dlm meeting, saya mula biase je sbb mmg dh tugas kdg2 perlu represent bos dlm meeting or discussion. Meeting and present to Dato' Aziz, Chief Human Capital Officer adalah sesuatu yang NORMAL bagi saya buat masa ini. Tp bila bos cakap the meeting will be chaired my our Group CEO, Dato' Zam. Ya Allah !.. Biarla betul..taknak la..Tp bos ckp i just masuk untuk backup Dato' Aziz, if Dato' Zam ask for the details, sbb saya dan die je tau sal new initiatives nie.

So semalam aku mmg akan prepare myself bile nk msk meeting, kdg2 u cant expect wat will happen. Dalam jam 6.20 ptg naik lif ke office CEO, Level 55. again..Level 55 ye!..Gayat! For the 1st time sy melangkah ke office CEO.. mmg die concur 1 level..hehe. Surau kecik pn ade. Security guard sentiasa..

Ingat kan meeting nie ramai, boleh la saya nyorok sikit. rupanya dalam 7-8 org je cmtu. Ceh..
Sampai je tgk attendees dulu..Hah! 2 org GM, sorg AGM and aku Exec!..Ohh..tidak.. I was 100% ready for any ques, but seemed that i wasn't a correct person to answer all the ques. Not that i'm not capable, but facing the Top you got to hav "the Skill". Pastu GM nie sibuk call org2 mereka tanye updates, tp our PMO ckp this is not updates Meeting, just moving forward..Confius. Tp saya berjaya pujuk bos utk join kami, sbb die sempat dtg ofis sblm mtg stat. Rupanye semua kene present..sbaik bos dtg. Tp klu die tak dtg, sy la present.....hehehe.

I was a very good experience! Bile die marah, kami akan tegang and stres gle, tp die counter balik the meeting mood dgn lawak2 yg gile and bodo.Hehhehe..Tergelak2 ms meeting, but Dato' Aziz played a good role to recover his mood..ye..dgn tukar topic sekejap. Dh relax2..br smbung. Abis 8 mlm..pastu saya smbung discussiion dgn Bos kol10 mlm..sgt penat..

Masa nk blk ofis Bos tanye, cmne meeting dgn Dato' Zam? Saya jawab " Die tu klakar la". hehehe. Bos kate die mmg nk saya masuk sbb die tau sy dh bekerja keras selama ini utk our new initiatives.
